All users of internet mail using outlook express or microsoft outlook as a client  must complete the following changes in order to use heritage digital email.  This change has been initiated to ensure that our customers are able to send and receive email in a more secure manner.

You will make only ONE Change to your email configuration. You will place a "check" in a box. Make no other changes. Follow these steps:

Open Outlook express and select tools, accounts

Select the mail tab and then the mail account and select the properties button on the right side.

select the Servers tab and locate the check box "My server requires authentication"

DO NOT MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES!!!

Place a check in the check box. Select "OK" and "Close"

Then Close outlook express and start it up again and you are done.
